Why we started ThriveNest
We didn’t all grow up in “white picket fence” environments. Some of us saw a big need in the communities we come from to give back, and that became our calling. We started Thrivnest because we saw a need for financial literacy among children and young adults in underserved communities. Most financial literacy courses focus on numbers alone, but numbers are only one piece of the pie when it comes to finance. We started ThriveNest to create education software that addresses the emotional side of money as well. By blending social and emotional learning activities with financial concepts, we give young adults tools they can truly apply in daily life.
